Executive: Sistema’s dividends for 2021 may exceed 0.31 rbl/share
MOSCOW, Dec 2 (PRIME) -- The dividends of Russian multi-industry holding Sistema for 2021 may exceed the minimum amount of 0.31 rubles per share under the dividend policy, Vice President for Finance and Investment Vladimir Travkov said in a conference call on Thursday.
“I cannot forecast the results of the entire year, but judging by the first nine months, the dividend payout will be higher than the minimum amount under our dividend policy,” he said.
The board of directors approved a 2021–2023 dividend policy that said that the minimum annual dividend stands at 0.31 rubles per share, in May. Starting from 2022, the company should pay additional dividends of 10% of the absolute increase of the operating income before depreciation and amortization (OIBDA) for the previous year.
Vladimir Yevtushenkov owns 59.2143% in Sistema, while his son Felix owns 5.2163%.
